Our Mission

A former investment banker, Kelly is a formidable strategist and business development expert in many businesses. She has played a vital role in raising over $2 billion in financing for her client companies. Through her work with companies ranging in size from small start-ups to industry leaders, she has gained unique insights iinton strategic planning, merger and acquisitions, and business plan execution. She is well-connected and respected on Wall Street.

Kelly has extensive experience as an officer, director, and consultant to public and private companies. She has directed and worked on more than 100 initial public and private placement stock offerings.

Kelly has spent her life serving on various philanthropic boards and loves giving her time to local charities. From 1993-2003, Kelly was a Foster Parent and cared for many children. Four of those children she has had a lifelong relationship with.

In 2014, Kelly co-founded the M Family Foundation to continue her desire to serve and give of her time, talent, and treasure. The Foundation is where she can share her true passion – giving to others in need.

The M Family Foundation supports women and children battling cancer – specifically ovarian cancer in women and DIPG cancer in children. The Foundation works tirelessly all year, and every September, she gives the entire month to the cause, raising awareness and monies to provide to the families impacted by these cancers. Kelly enjoys entertaining and visiting with friends and family in her spare time. Most of all, she enjoys travel, especially if it involves skiing!
